SBP2: [Treasury] Reimbursement of Rev0 Expenses

Summary

A variety of expenses were incurred by members of the SuperBenefit community in the setup of SuperBenefit and the completion of work for Revolution 0. Now that SuperBenefit is receiving contributions from initial NFT sales, the DAO is able to reimburse those expenses.

Action

Treasury Squad to execute transactions as required to reimburse the following expenses:

Reimburse flaschner.eth 1541.16+50=1591.16USDC for NFT artwork (to be adjust based on exchange rate at time of transaction)
Reimburse michellebaldwin.eth: 0.0271148224859069 ETH for multi-sig gas fees
Reimburse igniter.eth: 0.205318833131048 ETH for setup loan
Reimburse 0xAcC89b21449b6CBB5101D5267F730C25E02E2409 (Lewwwk) 0.402876395594443 ETH account setup loan
